Oscar calling...Youngistaan!!!

Jackky Bhagnani is in affix after since his Movie Youngistaan has got an Independent entry in the 87th Academy Awards.  Macro blogging sites like Twitter are all abuzz with his name and yet the actor is upset. Bhagnani has just entered into a celebration mood and hundreds of posts mocking him started trending on twitter.

Movie lovers have not been able to gulp the fact that a movie like youngistaan could ever be nominated for a best film category, Oscars being a far cry. To add more to the irony, some even reacted like “I thought youngistaan was just an ad campaign by pepsi..when did a movie by this name got released???”

I personally couldn’t stop rolling on the floor and laughing after I read some of the best tweets shared after this shocking accident took place. Here’s a couple of them for you to enjoy :

Jackky Bhagnani’s Youngistaan is not India’s Official Entry in Oscar. It is a private entry. Let Jury Watch it. Why should only the Indians Suffer? – Joy

Who nominated #youngistan for Oscars? Is he the same person who voted for Rakhi Sawant! – Himanshu Gupta

Not surprised that Youngistaan is going to Oscars. Playing role of Rahul Gandhi and showing he is -visionary isn’t an easy job. – Anonymous

Interestingly this is not the first time the actor is being trolled on Twitter. He was earlier trending amidst netizens when he made a huge typo mistake by mentioning the Noble Peace Prize winner, Malala Yousafzai as “Masala” on his Twitter handle. The actor had to pay off a lot after committing this error in the name of fun and mockery that he had to bare on social media.
