Bigg Boss 8 :: Not just a SeaSon but a Sea of Emotions

From Excitement to Happiness, from Anxiety to Tears, from Frustration to Aggression, from Love and Care to Hatred and Envy, Bigg Boss is like one huge ocean that accommodates all these seas of emotions together. What more! With every year each of the emotions are coming out with more and more ferocity.

The Controversial reality show this year saw the extent to which the contestants can go to win the task. In one of the initial tasks of the Hijack phase itself, all limits were crossed when the contestants were seen applying red chili paste, eggs, making the opposite team members sniff slippers and what not. To add more spice to the game Karishma made a huge issue accusing Gautam for abusing her on national Television. However, lately it was observed that in the similar game being played again Dimpy and Pritam were found openly abusing each other in the most un-colloquial manner breaking all social norms.

If I start talking about more controversies of the Bigg Boss house that made headlines this season were the uncensored scenes of intimacy between Gautam and Diandra which were shown on TV and then both of them siding the topic away by calling it “just attraction” and playing safe under the “Just Friends” tag despite locking lips in the open!!! Wow…that was enough for us all to gulp it down.

Again the episodes of violence between the contestants especially those involving Ali Mirza, Puneet ji and Gautam had fetched a lot of entertainment an d gossip for the viewers. Upen Patel, who had built an image of an affectionate friend who acts as a shoulder for all, was off late found losing un-reasonable temper and goofing up with aggression or frustration wherever it crop up from.

Praneet is very right when he confessed after his eviction from the show that his tenure in Bigg Boss house has made him encounter everything that he had not experienced in his life till now.

So many waves of emotions rushing through together led Salman Khan, the host of the show to call a psychiatrist to understand the mind-sets and reactions of the contestants.

And now, a lot of curiosity is tickling all the Bigg Boss fans after hearing the news of Salman Khan’s inability to host last four weeks of the season due to his pre-scheduled shooting for Bajrangi Bhaijaan in January. Rumors say that Farah Khan may replace Salman Khan as the host for the completion of the show.

Well, lets wait and watch what all season 8 has in store for all of us.

Oscar calling...Youngistaan!!!

Jackky Bhagnani is in affix after since his Movie Youngistaan has got an Independent entry in the 87th Academy Awards.  Macro blogging sites like Twitter are all abuzz with his name and yet the actor is upset. Bhagnani has just entered into a celebration mood and hundreds of posts mocking him started trending on twitter.

Movie lovers have not been able to gulp the fact that a movie like youngistaan could ever be nominated for a best film category, Oscars being a far cry. To add more to the irony, some even reacted like “I thought youngistaan was just an ad campaign by pepsi..when did a movie by this name got released???”

I personally couldn’t stop rolling on the floor and laughing after I read some of the best tweets shared after this shocking accident took place. Here’s a couple of them for you to enjoy :

Jackky Bhagnani’s ‘Youngistaan’ in Oscar race. Now Nobel Foundation should consider Rahul Gandhi for his thesis on Escape Velocity # Physics. – Mr PerFAKEtionist

Youngistaan accepted at the Oscars? I have lost faith in the world now. — Psychic Rockstar (@reddevil_sumit)

After days at Stretch, something to cheer for the Congress, Sonia Gandhi and especially Rahul baba! - Anonymous

Jackky Bhagnani’s Youngistaan is not India’s Official Entry in Oscar. It is a private entry. Let Jury Watch it. Why should only the Indians Suffer? – Joy

Who nominated #youngistan for Oscars? Is he the same person who voted for Rakhi Sawant! – Himanshu Gupta

Not surprised that Youngistaan is going to Oscars. Playing role of Rahul Gandhi and showing he is -visionary isn’t an easy job. – Anonymous

Interestingly this is not the first time the actor is being trolled on Twitter. He was earlier trending amidst netizens when he made a huge typo mistake by mentioning the Noble Peace Prize winner, Malala Yousafzai as “Masala” on his Twitter handle. The actor had to pay off a lot after committing this error in the name of fun and mockery that he had to bare on social media.

The Dauntless Ride of Bollywood moves on and on...

From Middle fingers to Abuses, Lip locks and steamy scenes, Bollywood seems to have defied all norms of Social Taboo. The Shining stars of the B-Town Industry are becoming bolder by day, thanks to the Super Star Actors like Imran Hashmi and Vidya Balan who bared it all to enter the film industry and didn’t shy away from doing bold scenes. The young budding actors are now motivated enough to attempt any kind of intense episodes.

The recently unveiled trailer of the much-awaited horror film, Alone, Starring Bipasha Basu and Karan Singh Grover has created a buzz amongst the viewers. The overwhelming response is well evident from the fact that the video has crossed over 20 lakh likes on Youtube within a span of just 48 hours. The credit for the immense popularity of the video goes to the hot ‘n’ steamy chemistry between the two actors that has garnered the attention of many eyeballs.

Previously we saw the mist of eroticism between Jay Bhanushali and his co-actress in Hate Story 2. The romantic track “Aaj phir tumpe pyaar aaya hai” became popular within a few hours again because of the sexy video clips.

The other gallant statements attempted by Bollywood include Vidya Balan playing the sassy character of Silk Smitha in The Dirty Picture, Delhi Belly produced by Aamir Khan also was an adult comedy that used colloquial urban language which is considered natural because that's how our youth speak nowadays. The entry of the Adult Film Star Sunny Leonne in the B’wood industry in Jism 2 and Ragini MMS 2 is yet another of the audacious step by film makers. The character of Aayushman Khurana in Vicky Donor as a sperm donor and his bed scene with the beautiful co-actress Yami Gautam, despite the fact that he is already a married man, he did not shy away from doing these scenes rather he looked comfortable on screen while doing the lip-lock and love making scenes.

On the other hand Priyanka Chopra, who has turned into a producer this year, while speaking during the launch of December edition of a magazine said that “Next year I am entering into some new interesting ventures... when it comes to my music, when it comes to my company and a few things that I am doing. So, I think for me 2015 will be a year of change, a year of evolution and I am excited about the new things that I am taking on."

After the grand success of Mary Kom and after having received the title of the most sexiest bollywood actress, PC is now working on a few films like Dil Dhadakne Do, Bajirao Mastani and Madamji. All of them are scheduled for a 2015 release.

Bollywood mourns for Peshawar

Little hearts which were meant to fly high and outshine the universe have lost their souls, eyes that saw millions of dreams have now closed forever in a never ending sleep, cries of cheerfulness and playfulness have been silenced forever. Humanity has in deed died an untimely death with those young innocent children who lost their lives in the terror attacks in Peshawar. The whole world is grieving for those kids and Bollywood stars also have not been left untouched by such a "monstrous" act.

Here’s how bollywood stars reacted on the digital platform expressing their sorrow ::

Amitabh Bachchan: When innocence is silenced...There can be just silence.

Shah Rukh Khan: The soul is healed by being with children. Extreme anger & disgust for all those who took our children, our future, our healers away.

Shahid Kapoor: Black day. Innocence lost. Where is humanity heading. No religion no God could ever want this. Peshawar. Prayers. Shock.

Anushka Sharma: This is the cruellest most inhuman cowardice act. It pains me so much. Prayers & strength with the families of the innocent kids killed.

Aamir Khan: Just heard about the innocent children being killed in Peshawar. I'm devastated.

Anupam Kher: Today the world is so sad. Those children deserved a long & happy life. #SAD

Alia Bhatt: No such thing as humanity. Its appalling to even think that we are capable of being so monstrous and so majorly MESSED UP!!!#PeshawarAttack

Varun Dhawan: Darkest day of the human race. No RELIGION tells you to kill children. cant believe someone is capable of this monstrosity #PeshawarAttack

What made these cruel people commit such an act of brutality? This incident has left a huge black mark on Humanity. May the souls of the late young ones rest in peace.

Virat goes for a Duck...

Only after recently having accepted their relationship, Cricketer Virat Kohli and Actress Anushka Sharma are finally taking the Next Big Step. The couple who had for long kept silent about their secretly dating relationship is now reportedly planning to move in together. Wow! Isn’t that huge for a couple who was trying to snuggle under the veil of “Just Friends” tag saying that they did not want to defile their personal life making it gossip for others’ entertainment.

What’s more…Anushka’s parents have also allegedly approved their decision and their respective families have also met. Well..does this ring a bell that Bollywood is now getting bolder when it comes to acknowledging their relationships publically. This at the same time refreshes the news about yet another young couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif started living in together.

While Anushka Sharma’s move towards renting a flat in Mumbai with her beau is a current happening, lately Virat Kohli had also professed his love for his beloved when he blew her a kiss during his match which the actress had attended.

Anushka Sharma, who is now busy promoting her soon to be released movie “PK” was also found showing her desire to do a biopic. “I would I want to do a biopic as an actor. It's a thrill... I would love it if I am able to do a biopic," says the actress.

According to a national daily, Aditya Chopra is planning a film on cricket and is keen to cast Anushka and Virat as the lead couple. The couple was earlier seen together in a TV advertisement.

The Media had many-a-times spotted the couple romancing together and has captured an account of their blossoming love story. Many fans were curiously waiting for their official announcement of their affair and now the buzz has begun around the couple to soon announce their engagement. Fingers crossed at that!!!

Clash of Clans...

“I love you….but we will have to part our ways ‘cause my parents will never accept our marriage?”

Don’t crease up your forehead when you read this heart-breaking sentence.  How many of you have seen couples ending up their relationships this way? I’m sure many of you must have, and the reason is generally that the two belong to different castes or religion.

Since childhood we have learnt that everything is fair in Love and War, then why do people look at Inter-caste marriages with skepticism? They say that such a marriage won’t survive long because of the differences in the customs and traditions between the two communities. But doesn't an arranged marriage require certain amount of adjustments & compromises? Then why do we begin with a Communal War when it comes to love?

Parents and other members of the society who raise their eyebrows and discard love marriages need to learn a lot from the couples of the B-Town. When we are so keen at following the Bollywood stars, discussing about them, imitating them and worshiping them, then why don’t we take something ‘more’ out of their real lives as well?  Yes ladies and gentlemen, I am pointing towards the successful and happy love-marriages of our very own Bollywood celebrities who despite belonging to two different religions/communities live in perfect harmony with each other.

To begin with lets’ look at the most renowned Bollywood couple – Amitabh and Jaya Bacchan, one belongs to the Srivastava Kayastha family while the latter comes from a Bengali family. But aren’t they an ideal couple for our generation, even of our parents? The second most popular couple is that of the King Khan and his Queen – Gauri Khan. Their happy and romantic union is an example for all generations to come. The other famous Bollywood couples, who have their stories similar to the recently showcased movie 2 States, are Dharmendra and Hema Malini, Boney Kapoor and Sridevi, Vidya Balan and Siddharth Roy Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra, Ritiesh Deshmukh and Genelia D’souza, and now Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu are ready to tie their knots very soon on 25th Jan 2015 and set yet another example of Inter-caste Marriages where love persists forever.

These Bollywood couples went against all odds and have broken all social norms on the basis of which parents and society discard inter-caste marriages. Let us all learn this bit from the stars of our Bollywood industry and start accepting the pure relationships of the true soul mates ‘cause dear friends; Love really does not have any boundaries and is way beyond social norms such as caste, creed, clan, religion, age, color or even community.
